This is a Granular Activated Carbon cartridge that effectively reduces unwanted tastes, odors and chlorine taste and odor from your drinking water. As a whole house filter it will effectively reduce the above items in approximately 20,000 gallons of water based on manufacturer's internal testing.

This cartridge, which is constructed of polypropylene fibers, is well suited for whole house filtration. It will reduce suspended particulate matter often referred to as turbidity. It is available in 10 or 20 micron ratings.
